- Contact us to have a Small Business Loyalty card sent out immediately.
- Credit is provided on your new loyalty card and you can start washing as soon as it arrives.
- Swipe your loyalty card on any machine for an entire month.
- Early the following month we’ll email you a report of your card activity with an invoice with your pre-arranged discount applied.
- Contact Blue Hippo to discuss your estimated spend per month and our discount structure.
- Tax returns made easy now that invoices are provided!

Questions we get all the time
We love our furry friends, but Blue Hippo stores don’t offer pet blanket washing facilities. To keep our laundromats fresh, clean and comfortable for everyone — especially customers with allergies and sensitivities—we ask that pet items aren’t washed in our standard machines.
An exception to this is our Norlane store, which has a dedicated pet blanket washer that has been part of the store offering for many years. While it’s still available there, pet washing facilities aren’t included in new Blue Hippo locations.

Most Blue Hippo laundromats are open long hours, seven days a week, with many offering self-service access early and late. Check your specific store on our Store Locator for its exact hours.

Yes. Our locations have seating areas so you can relax while your laundry washes and dries. Many also have free Wi-Fi and good lighting — perfect for catching up on a few things.
You’re welcome to wait in-store — our laundromats are clean, bright and comfortable — or pop out and run an errand and come back. We do recommend returning promptly once your cycle finishes so others can use the machines.
